As time goes By

I write as time goes By because we are already into June and dirt has not been moved as yet, so Xmas at our house Could be a long shot. I am amazed with our bank at the moment and the processes that we are going through to get this finalised, Valuations have been done for our loan and have come up short, short because of incompetence! The bank's valuer, I believe has not done their job properly and assessed our land value based on sales in our area and not in neighbouring suburbs. We hope to have this sorted shortly as the State Manager has become involved due to our disbelief in the original valuation. Fingers crossed.
