One Step closer, our plans have been approved from the developer's and also from the Melton shire. We received a letter from Metricon yesterday that all is good with the plans including my hand sketched landscape plans (not bad if I do say myself). All we now wait on is the Bank! We hope to hear today or tomorrow, the bank has said it has gone on to long and should have been settled last week, Hopefully we can get some compensation for our troubles. Our contract states that once all documents are together building must start within 21 days, there could still be hopes for Xmas at Eynesbury.
I drive past last night in the dark to see the status of our neighbours house, I think it has been 2 weeks since we went to the block and only the ground work had been done and we were not sure if the house was going to be 2 storey or not. It is only a single storey house, not that it would have bothered us because it is on our bedroom side of the house. Building work has really moved along with there house as the frame is nearly complete.
