The Roof is starting

Well the roof is starting to happen, in the photo you can see the Fascia's and guttering have been installed, the gutters are the same color as the doors and window frame and i think the Fascia's are the same color that will be painted on our cladding. The guard rail for the roofers has been installed also, I spoke with Jarred today and he told me that he has organised a group of 10 roofers to come and lay the roof tiles and this should take them 1 day if all goes well or 2 if weather not so great. Mel was there today with Michelle and the weather was windy and with the height of our roof I would be concerned if I was up there. Jarred also mentioned that he was getting the Carpenter in next Wednesday to start the cladding and that he would be there for 3 days to complete that, then the brickie will be in to brick up to the cladding, Jarred said he normally does this the other way around but feels that the finish will be better doing this way (time will tell). The picture of the house at the top of the page is the style that we are having not exactly the same as what we have but I have used this picture for illustration purposes only, colors may vary from store to store (got that comment from our Catalogues) Roof tiles are on pallets at the front of the house and the color is starting to appear around the house. All our roof tiles are pictured here on the right of our house, I hope this bloke doesn't run into them. We had some guys with a bobcat moving sand around the block, not sure why but I think it could be all the rain that has dropped. I might try and add to the main page what % the water catchments are up to from the start to finish of our house.
